A very pretty restaurant on the Upper East Side. Also has garden seating in the back. Ate here with my daughters before heading off to Central Park. The best thing was their wood oven pizza's, which were delicious. My crab salad was very good, but not great. All and all a very nice place to eat at, but be prepared for Upper East Side prices.

Cute place, a little pricey but we were starving and tired. Pizza was good and we had sangria drinks. Family friendly, tiny but clean bathroom. Good service. We felt refreshed and ready for more sights after our stop here.

I was looking for a cozy restaurant and found Gina La Fornarina.It looks indeed cozy; nicely decorated and the host was nice.Food was fine; served is smaller quantity that I would expect.When asking for an omelette which is served either with french fries or Salad - I could not get the french fries; the reason give: the machine does not work.When asking for a toothpick; there was none; the reason given: we do not serve meat here so toothpicks are not necessary. The check includes already 18% service ... but the credit card slip that you get to sign has also a space for tip ... like if 18% was not enough. Watch out for double tipping; that could become a very expensive lunch!
