I love Gi Gis food but the service at the new location 683 Northland is terrible once I came there was no food another time I waited in line for half hour for them to tell me they were done taking take out orders and the last time they closed at 7 I’m tired of driving across town to leave with nothing Not a good look for one of the best spots in buffalo

I just ordered because I was craving some pork roast and whoever the lady is answering the phone and taking orders on 9/4/15 at 12:28 pm was very rude for no reason. She didn't sound like she was having a good day and was telling me what was on the menu very low and fast where I could barely hear her. Then hung up before I could even finish what I was saying so I decided to not even go pick up my food. This is a first for me because they're normally pretty polite and good with their customer service.
