The atmosphere was good and the food was alright, however the service was not great at all. An older gentleman was our server and he was clearly having a bad day, he kept making innapropriate jokes to our table about how we were a burden on him and he lost a coin flip that's why he had to serve us, generally making us feel uncomfortable. Not to mention him shouting angrily at the other server. By the end of our meal, and I'm uncertain as to why yhis happened, the lady server ended up taking over our table and she was very nice, I felt bad for her having to put up with that grumpy man. I will probably end up just ordering uber eats from here in the future, or hopefully we don't get sat in his section again.

Had pistachio pollo-always delicious. Ala Carte is a substantial portion with enough extra to take home for Dad’s dinner tomorrow! (Which he loves!)

Gianni's Ristorante Italiano is so good. For any native Seattle peeps, Gianni is related to Vince of Vince's, which was a staple in Rainier Valley, Burien, and Queen Anne for years. A lovely selection of traditional Italian dishes that rival many of the eateries I've visited in Seattle and New York. My favorite is the classic thin crust Naples style pizza. And the salad. And the tiramisu. And the...well you get the picture. The decor is awesome! Reminds me of Italian restaurants of my childhood: dim lighting, dark decor, Chianti bottles with candles, red vinyl booths. If this was in Georgetown or Capital Hill it would be tongue in cheek irony.
