This place gives amazing service and delicious meals. One of the best restaurant around here. The food arrived fast and the rates were reasonable. I recommend this place.

Are you a hungry student like me who is short on funds, and in search of delicious food in the UIC area? Well, look no far, for the "Poor Cherishing" restaurant is right around the corner. It takes only grabbing a bite here to experience the nostalgic flavours of back home!

PRICE WISE IT IS COMPARATIVE, HOWEVER FOOD IS VERY PLAN,I ORDER Sheekh kabobs, 3rd Class,Chicken Biryani was also not to the standard of been Indian food,so as the BBQ Beef Paratha, no flavor, Paratha was not atheists real paratha it was a just Roti with little bid oil,Over all I was visiting this place from California with and American friend,it was embracing, I don't mind paying some extra but good food what I was expecting, It was nothing but disappointment, Also Restaurant tables were not Bussed, I clean my table by my self.I will not recommend this place to someone like me who is first time visiting and Indian food.👎

Unbeatable value! Paid $6.12 including tax for gyros paratha + mango lassi. It is very filling and satisfying and I felt that I got very good value for the money. Ghareeb Nawaz should open a location in the loop. It will be very successful

I honestly liked their dishes and customer service, great location nearby to where I live. The workers are always welcoming. Highly recommended.

Cheap food with good quantity. Chilli chicken paratha is delicious and very spicy.

The inside was really messy. No one is wiping the tables or putting the trays away. They expect you to do that. The food is pretty cheap ($5~7) but I didn't care for it. If you're super hungry and craving indian food it's a good place to eat. If not I wouldn't suggest it.

Absolute best place to get food by UIC. The food tastes good and is extremely affordable (you can get a fulfilling meal for around $6-7). It's great to have them right next to UIC.

Great vegetarian options! The food can be a little spicy so read the menu carefully before ordering. Will definitely come back soon. Oh and it was very affordable.

I always take this food as a good middle eastern take the biryani is exceptional, the kabobs are really good just as much the yogurt sauce is loveable I like it....
