Wow, if anyone wrote a poor review they must own a nearby bakery. Best Greek pastries I've ever had!

I have been going to this Greek bakery since I was a child. Everything is fresh and delicious. The person behind the counter always friendly and there is always a good assortment of delicacies. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the prices are way too high. So that makes me, and I am sure others, go there much less often than I would like.

Food and coffee was good, service was slow and uncaring. If they had a person in front who was nice, we would definitely come back.

It is comforting to see that this traditional Greek bakery still exists in Hell’s Kitchen!

I have been walking by for years and after my Greek friend brought me pastries for xmas I was hooked... I live 2 blocks away so I decided to finally pop in... Wow Im hooked... I already ordered a waist size up on my pantaloons because I see myself stopping by here at least thrice a week!!!

Love the galaktoboureko here - very thick custard filling baked in a delicate phyllo crust. The spanakopita is delicious when served warm and would be even more enjoyable if it had slightly stronger seasoning (maybe just salt). The bakalava is a slice of heaven drenched in honey.

Great homely bakery at the middle of it all...We pass by here often, today decided to try it for breakfast. We had 4 strudels of different variety sweet as well as savory - all awesome just like eastern Europe. I really loved the custard strudel! Also the coffee was awesome...Its also a shop run by family since 1933 so it feels good to support local business.

Stopped in out of pure curiosity and left after learning that they have been in business for 95 years and they still make their own phyllo dough in house! We tried three different cookies, all of which were delicious. I really want to come back and try more!

Delicious Greek pastries. This place is family owned and operated. Very nice family and establishment.
