George's the King of Falafel

One of the greatest food experiences I've had. A friend took us here on the way up from Atl to NY. Long trip. We came back through DC on the way home, just to come here again! Food was well priced, and perfectly tasty. Nothing was disappointing. Fast service and immaculate taste!

Fries, hummus and the garlic dip were excellent. The chicken shawarma was legit but the beef was just okay.

I had Chicken Shawarma Special from this place. The best thing about the shawarma was that it wasnt very spicy yet so tasty.. I especially liked the garlic whip. I think it has some magical ingredients in it as it always tempted me to go back to this place for more and more.. Also, the vegetables included in the platter were very well seasoned. Hence, it's a must go place for someone who is looking for the yummiest halal chicken shawarma.

I come here every night for chicken n cheese , food is amazing , Patrick is a phenomenal server always takes care of us . Much love for this place ! Great food and service!!!!

The cashier Patrick had great customer service and the Chicken Shawarma is great. I highly recommend King George’s. Great quality food and great service!

The food is is really flavorful and filling. The prices are a wee bit outside my comfort zone but completely worth it in the end. I was able to have dinner and dessert while being totally satisfied with both meals and not go broke. The lamb gyro plate is definitely the way to go.

I think their plates(with rice) are the best and the fries too. Their steak&cheese not so much. Pay a little bit extra and get the mixed grill($17) so you get everything in one plate. They don't let you call & order over the phone, so you have to wait, then order, then wait some more but it's worth it.

We enjoyed our food. Philly cheese steak was delish and so were falafel. Gyro was good although it wasn't the best thing we had. Be prepared to climb up the stairs if you are dining-in.

Best Shawerma in DC hands down. I'm from NC and if I'm in the area I have to come here. And that garlic sauce?!? It's to die for. Sorry for the picture quality. It's a screen shot of a video I took

I would like to say this place has the best potato fries :)

Steak and Cheese is amazing. Portions are big and come with amazing sides like the salad hummus and fries. Wraps are really good too. Dessert crepes soo good.

Consistent food quality and taste. Big fan of their chicken shawarma and plate.

Good sized portions for the price, pleasant staff, tasty food. My wife and I shared the mezze sampler and the grill sampler. The meat was spiced, but not overly so, and the hummus and tabbouleh were very good. The falafel wasn't my favorite, but I won't knock it because my wife loved it. Not a ton of room downstairs, but they have upstairs seating as well. Nice little spot straddling the gap between DuPont and Georgetown.

Really really enjoyed their food. Great customer service as well. Would wanna go there again
