Georges Deep Dish

"If this can be considered deep dish, this is my favorite in the city." - my partner, unprompted, after TWO bites. Truly, a fantastic pizza and one we'll orde again soon. Lots to love about it, from the crust to the sauce to the sheer amount of toppings we received (got the Halas and it was the heaviest single pizza I've ever held). And the Caesar salad. My goodness, the Caesar salad. The best I've had in a long time and it was from a very humble pizza spot. Order today so you can enjoy one ASAP. It's worth the wait no matter how long that might be.

Just tried George’s for the first time and this place is great. I ordered the Halas’ Classic and it was super tasty. The crust was cooked to perfection. Just the right amount of crisp and no soggy bottom. Really looking forward to eating here again soon. 10/10 highly recommend.

I dined in: small space but nice with 80’s music videos playing. The pizza is a nice change of pace from your typical chicago styles (deep, tavern) and the ingredients are clearly carefully chosen. Very good, will def be back.
