The candle-lit dinners are intimate and convivial, and the decor's sparse and natural while maintaining an easy charm. Small farms provide the food we serve, with a focus on hormone and antibiotic-free ostrich, venison, and bison, and hand-selected wines and craft beers are expertly paired with the dishes. Of course, everything rotates seasonally, but the experience is consistently pleasant and true to the spirit of the Gentleman Farmer.

Great tagliatelle and cassoulet (better than the one I had in Provence). Solid pecan pie; not an over syruped one, very nutty and grainy with pecans. Good value for money also.
