I've been going to Gennro's for 20 some odd years but I'm on the phone on hold right now trying to get a credit for food I didn't receive and I'm wondering: why do I still come here? The food is worse, the service is worse, and I think I'm running purely on the fumes of nostalgia. I wouldn't really recommend it.

Wonderful service, the waitress ( Lorrie) was so pleasant and nice. The ower cameout to greet customers. The food was unbelievable it was definitely worth the travel.
