Fun tho see food cone on an automated car. Best to order a bowl and then add separate sushi dishes. It's more filling at less cost. The green tea is refilled automatically by roving workers. The desserts are good too. Our very hot miso soup was too strong but we got it right; diluting it with some ice water. Over all pleased. Always a crowd at lunch and parking requires patience around 12 noon.

Sushi is ono and fresh. Service is fast.

Busy but the food is great

Fun place to eat sushi. The food is good the service is interesting. One orders from a tablet and the order is delivered via a robotic car running on a track in front and a little above. Or you can simply pick up any of the selections that are slowly moving past on a conveyor belt.

Great food, great concept, affordable prices, and great service. Found in the middle of middle of the outlet with plenty of parking.

Going at the right time resulted in quick service with the food coming fast and fresh and tasty.

Great food & service!

We went in when they opened. There were two or three other small groups as well. It took sometime to get our first order while the table across from us was ordering and getting their order every few minutes. We made another order while waiting for our first one which didn't take as long as our first order. Otherwise the food was good. And the service was excellent.

Good sushi, fast service, what else could you ask for.

The bullet train delivery is awesome

We had a delicious lunch here. Lots of variety in the dishes and quite reasonably priced. Like they way that you can order whatever you want from the menu as well. Have never seen hot dog sushi before !! Very different.

Fun place to take the kids so they can watch the bullet train serve their food. The concept is fun since your food is delivered on demand with no interruption to your meal. It is pricey for simple things like white rice and very basic sushi. The portion size is also small but over all food is good and the experience is interesting.
