As long as it's during the day, yes. I've taken my daughter with me here and there since she was 8.
No Monday-Saturday it is 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and all day on Sunday.
They let you rent out small rooms to do Karaoke, I dont think it matters the day.
No, they only allow service dogs.
