Excellent food! Cory was the man helping us through the process & wanting any input we might be able &/or willing to offer, that's the concern for customers that make people come back & recommend a place. FYI They are open during the week & are much less crowded on those nights. Salad bar was solid with all the basics with the exception of a vinaigrette dressing. Salad bar has extras that are wonderfully suitable sides to go with the fries & the amazing cheese rolls. Now to talk about the meat, because the meat is ridiculously spectacular!! Do yourself a few favors after you get to the wonderful restaurant; order the meat to the desired wellness you prefer because they aim to please, do not pass up some sliced rib meat, & do NOT waste anyone's energy comparing Gauchos to any other restaurant since they can & do stand on their own merit.

The food is expensive BUT it was absolutely worth it. Having gone during the later hours we got the Brazilian endless meats. Everything that came off the grill was made perfectly and so good I did not need A-1 to make it taste good. The service was phenomenal and the waitress gave us our space to talk and chat. We never had to ask for a refill as they were casually walking by and then immediately bringing refills. Thank you for your outstanding service. We will be back.

This was my first time at Gauchos, and my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. We were asked if we had reservations, which we did, and were seated immediately. This place had more of a 'diner' atmosphere than I was expecting, but it was nice. They have a 'salad' bar, which had salads, veggies, rice, mashed potatoes, and tilapia. You can choose to get just the all you can eat salad bar, for about 20 dollars per person, or you can get that option WITH the all you can eat meats, which was about 37 dollars a person. That includes all you can eat fries and cheesy bread, both of which were delicious. They had about 8 different meats and they would keep serving you until you flipped your card to "No Thanks". It was a very cool experience, the food was AMAZING, but we had about 3 different waitresses and barely got drink refills (soda and water) or fresh fries/cheesy bread. Gauchos was pretty expensive, but definitely worth it.
