Food good.. service slow.. Ok

Very neat and convenient place. They offer big portions and for reasonable prices. We loved the menu very much and the waiters were super friendly and explanatory. Recommended.

Service was good. I had only been there previously for lunch, which was at other location.

Visited Gattos on Saturday and was quite disappointed with our experience. Booked a party of 16 people and we were sat in a freezing atrium at a table with plastic folding chairs. Very poorly put together, felt like we were sat at the kids table. Also when we recieved our food some of the dinners arrived cold. Overall for spending the money that we did I would not be back for another big reservation like that. Wish we were told that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us if they couldn’t handle the volume.

Always have a wonderful time here. The food is always great and such a friendly staff. Shout out to Frank on taking care of me and my friends!

Nice variety of food, pasta, chicken, seafood ect. Beware when you tell them its someone's birthday you pay for that $6 slice of cake. Went with a group of 15 .

This was my first time at Gatto's in New Lenox. I was there with 8 friends to celebrate my birthday. I couldn't have picked a better restaurant to celebrate. The staff was great, and the owner came out and made sure that we were pleased. Being with a large party gave me an opportunity to sample a variety of dishes, and I can honestly say that there was not one bad dish. Everything was delicious, especially my favorite appetizer, calamari. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because their online menu says that this location has lamb chops, which they did not. The lamb chops were the main reason I chose this location.

Great sit down authentic Italian. 10/10 reccomend. Even their worst waiter/ waitress is still a great waiter/ waitress

I tried this place in the past with my friend and I am addicted since then. I enjoy the fantastic character and delightful food and beverages. 5 stars.
