Gator's Dockside

I really love Gators wings. They are my all time favorite. So I am really bummed that the level of service has gone down so much at this location. I haven’t left a review before until now because I was hoping it would turn around. Not yet though. They labeled our to-go order wrong, so when I passed out the meals to my co-workers and everyone went on their way, we had the wrong wings. Very frustrating.

I’m done with the entire Gators franchise. I purposely have not written a review bc I wanted to give them a chance to get it right so I kept going back. In summary, I will never eat there again, service and food are consistently horrible. I pleaded with my server to get my meal right and explained exactly what went wrong in the past, I even tried different locations to seri it it was just the one location in Ocoee, but they’re all horrible. I’m done!

This location is going to loose alot of business!!! They are not concerned about customer satisfaction!!! They're only concerned about there own rules concerning the jukebox!! Why have a jukebox that cannot be played according to customer satisfaction!!!! This is appuling!!! This place will lose my business and recommendations!!!!

The only reason for the one star deduction was the service when we arrived. We walked in the door to a sign stating Please Wait to be Seated. Not a problem, but after waiting 3-4 minutes with no one even saying hello to us, we decided to sit at the bar; We were greeted immediately and well taken care of from there on. We started off with the fried pickles which are outstanding! I discovered they make a Monte Cristo, and I had not had one in many years, so I went with that and some baked beans. My wife decided on the Winger Wrap with some Mac and Cheese. Both dinners were excellent! Kirsten was a must awesome bartender...very cheerful and attentive.

Great food.. And awesome service. Definitely will be back

Mixed experience at this location.Service was friendly but extremely slow.We ordered chicken wings, the fries were stale and cold. Lots of indoor seating but the place needs an update and some cleaning, it feels and looks dirty.The Wednesday night trivia was fun and kept us entertained while waiting for the food.

Service was good or what not . My order was so wrong ! Absolutely no flavor and the fries not even seasoned. Dont even look fresh ! Do better

Just won't do this location again. Cold cheesesticks. No sauce on wings and apparently only our ticket didn't print during our hour wait. But go for yourself and maybe you will get better. Bad 1st time for me and my fam..smh

Staff is friendly and very helpful with food decisions on the menu, it's hard for my 10yr old to make food decisions. We had the nachos which were good and we loved the fish and chips, fried shrimp platter and the Philly cheese steak. It was my first time visiting this establishment but not for my family. I can't wait to come back again and try more entrees.

I ordered wings for the Superbowl but after getting home realized that my order was incorrect. The manager Edwin corrected it and was very apologetic along with other staff members. They realized the inconvenience & the fact that I was missing part of the Superbowl. Mistakes happen & the wings were so good, I couldn't hold it against them.

My family and I (7of us) go EVERY Mon for wing night. We understand it can get busy as I work in a kitchen. But seems now within the last month it's harder to get our food. 2 hours at this location to only get 2 orders of wings, when we pay 15$. The bald man manager didnt seem to care that we were unhappy. Also made a statement when we asked for another order of fries, he stated you know they aren't free refills right... the way he said it was very rude . My family and I wont be going back. We will take our money else where.
