No way do they deserve a 5 star review...that was the only way I could give my opinion. First be VERY sure your order is what they quote you. The man who took my order was in so much of a hurry he totally f ed it up and then way over charged me. Times are tough but don't cheat your customers.

Provisional rating. Went for the first time on a Friday for dinner. The line going out the door seemed to be a good sign and the comments from other patrons promised good things. About 25 minutes later we were seated. Our waiter was polite, friendly and a little overwhelmed as were the rest of the staff. The drinks were good, the dinners were as well but I didn't take the taco recommendations from our line mates. Maybe next time I make it and if the chorizo and potato tacos are as good as I was told and the place isn't so overwhelmed I would go with 4.

I go to this restaurant about once a month, and I have never had a bad experience. The food is always exceptional, and the service is outstanding. There is a waiter with very large sideburns, who always convinces me to order a large beer, when I ask for a small beer. He is a national treasure. This place is so good that it inspired me to sign into my Google account to leave this review. I seriously cannot say enough great things about this restaurant, everyone should go out of their way to experience it.

I've been 3 times in a week an I'm so hooked! Amazing food omg! Prices an portions are the best an everything is cooked with love! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Really good food, really good prices. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I'm going to have to return many times to sample more of the menu. The margaritas are fantastic too!

Absolutely outrageous. House made corn tortillas, the langua was tender as you could imagine. Al pastor was absolutely spot-on.

AWESOME good food. AWESOME Big plates (I got THE Chimichanga). Awesome service! Has a service bar to sit at or tables/booths. Smaller place, and can be easy to miss, because the storefront is blocked by parking. Its worth getting in here and having food and a margarita. They are strong, by the way, or you can order a house with a floater(extra shot) for 2.75! I will be back next time I’m in town.

Food was great... service was amazing... will def go back.. great authentic food... and server payed attention to the fact that my bf didn't eat pork so he automatically gave him black beans instead of refried due to the lard... kudos

Today was the first I've ever heard of this restaurant. I saw that they had shrimp on the menu, however, I'm not a spicy food lover. I asked for something that WAS NOT on their menu and it was made to PERFECTION! I ordered Shrimp in garlic sauce/butter with rice and beans. The rice and beans are on the menu, it's the Shrimp in garlic sauce/butter that wasn't. The shrimps were large, the tails were off (thank God, I hate them on) and the beans and rice was delicious (it had corn, carrots, beans and some sort of cheese on it). The Shrimp had cheese topping on them too! First, I appreciate the fact that I can order something from somewhere and what I want isn't on their menu. The food was beyond superb and I would definitely order from there again! Thank you Taqueria Los Mayas for making my day!

Food is awesome! I frequent there weekly. The tacos, fajitas, nachos, rice and beans, margaritas? Always good. I only gave 4 stars because sometimes when they get really busy the waiters, as can be expected, will forget about you and it can be a while for them to bring the bill.

Fantastic friendly service. A bowl of homemade tortilla chips and salsa came to the table right away with the menus. We had the beef enchiladas which were very tasty but the chicken chimichanga was amazing. I will come here again and again.

This place exceeded my expectations. I came here with my family for lunch today. We are only in Buffalo for one night so we wanted to make each meal an experience. The food was fantastic. Hands down the best fajitas and chimichangas I have ever had. The customer service is out of this world. I honestly could not believe how nice everyone was. I highly recommend this restaurant. It may not look like much from the outside but the food and atmosphere will not disappoint.
