It's okay. Pad see ew was a little bland and not all that enjoyable. The meat that came with it was underwhelming. I've had much better thai food elsewhere. Place looks clean and has got a nice atmosphere. Also got some dumplings and I'm sure they were store bought and not at all made in house.

The food was really great!!! The massamun curry was so good I was shlurping it like soup!!! The spicy eggplant with Tofu was cooked perfectly!!! Eggplant can be a hit and miss, this was a hit!!!Kudos!!!!2019 update. Visiting for work again and still thrilled with their food!! The eggplant is to die for!!!!Btw. The massamun is unusual in that they don’t use a commercially available paste. They make it from scratch. It is AWESOME!

I've never eaten at a Thi restaurant before, but I'd say it was impressive. Actually, I've eaten there twice this week while staying near by. Very fresh food and good service

Why is this place always so empty. The food is good, the location isn't that great and the parking is a little weird. Strange. The reviews are generally positive, the price is OK, nothing crazy for Pasadena. It's good, I'm sure if it was more popular they would hire more people so I don't blame them for having a limited staff.

We have been looking for a favorite Thai restaurant in the Pasadena area for the past couple years and Galanga Take Two is the one for us! Had dinner here for the first time and we loved every aspect of it - food, service, ambience. Our server Yao was a sweetheart of a lady who answered our questions with a smile and prompt service. We liked the clean modern space, nicely decorated, relaxing music softly playing and there were two big screens but was not overpowering our dining experience. The food was excellent, the salmon salad was really yummy with a dressing that we truly loved, tofu pad see ew and spicy eggplant were all cooked and seasoned to perfection. We definitely will be back! Highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed this Thai restaurant. The inside decor was nice and modern. The food was pretty good. Order the Pad See Yu and it was decent. They had a lot of variety on the menu. They take reservations. We found parking in the lot at the back of the restaurant. There's only a few spot and be careful not to park on the Arley's spot.

Loved this place. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, and such a great price for the portion! From Crab Rangoon to the Tilapia fusion dish that I had, I enjoyed every bit of my experience there. My wife also joined me for the meal, and she loved her dish (though neither of us can remember what the name of it was - something about beef and flat noodles with broccoli). The restaurant itself was so clean and spacious (will post a picture), and so nicely designed. The menu offered a wide variety of proteins, and traditional vs fusion style dishes. They also do dine-in or take out. When I get the chance to come back to LA, this will definitely be on my list of places to stop by again.

This place is a Diamond in the rough. The staff is so nice, no attitude and tastey, well presented dishes. The space is pleasant and not stuck in the middle of old town. Give them your business! I think they deserve your time...

I would give it six stars if I could.I came when no one else was there and Fifth Element was on mute. The menu is small in size, but big in selection, so anyone can find their favorite there.Some pages sound more like a Chinese selection, but you'll find enough curry and noodles here that will satisfy.I went with the Curry Dumplings and Roasted Duck Curry. Both were amazing, but the duck really got me. I had a plan to stop eating right in the middle (since I had an appetizer), but I just could. not. stop. eating!The meat was sooooo soft, yet, they weren't bashful to put the skin and fat on the plate too...and it added an amazing flavor to the whole thing.There was enough food for two, but I killed it all!I wish I was from around here (I'm not - just passing through), because this would easily be my weekly stop.
