Fuwa Fuwa Japanese Pancakes

I love these pancakes, but the space is small and they don’t always cook them correctly when the place is busy. They seem to undercook them to make up for the wait time which is disappointing. I’ve never had any issues during quiet times though.

It's a bit costly and portions are small but the flavour is spot on. The pancakes are so soft and melt in your mouth-loved them! Although you can taste the extra eggs.I ordered the Nutella banana pancakes- it would've been even nicer if they put in more Nutella though :)The packaging is awesome too! Nice touch :)

Turned out wayy better than I expected. I had a mocha which was crafted with care. Possibly going there again.

Love this place! These Japanese style pancakes are soft and yummy, and their coffees are good too! Sesame latte was what I got, I love it! The only downside was the store is a bit small tho, or maybe the store can do a better job on seating arrangements. It gets crowed easily.

Good service! Staffs are very nice with big smiles. Good taste! I ordered iced latte and mango pancake with vanilla ice cream (adding ice cream needs extra money). The pancake is not very sweet and I really enjoyed it. However, the restaurant is a little small and people stand in line to order first. (Order first and then find a seat) Luckily, I didn’t wait for a long time. I recommend this Japanese dessert restaurant!

Fluffy Japanese souffle pancakes. This location is pretty tiny so it's a bit difficult to get a spot to sit. The pancakes are yummy and they have a variety of different types to choose from. It takes a while to get your pancakes as they cook them to order. Not as good as what you can get in Japan but still delicious.

Wonderful pancakes with fresh toppings and ingredients. You can step outside to wait while your order is prepared and check out the neighbourhood. The signature pancake has a distinct eggy flavour with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, banana, blueberries and mint.

This place was teeny tiny but the pancakes were oh so big and fluffy! Had planned to meet with several friends and was shocked to arrive and find they only had about 6 tables and we would need 2! We got there early so it all worked out and all of us loved both our delicious pancake confections and drinks.

Enjoyed the Tiramisu pancakes! Japanese pancakes are so fluffy yet not too heavy. Wish I had a photo but they were half eaten before I remembered to take one. Came on a weekday so it wasn’t too busy but I can’t imagine what it’s like on weekends since it is small inside. The girls working were all very nice. Definitely would return to another flavour like the Matcha ones.

The Crème Brûlée pancakes are so good! The pancakes are very buttery, fluffy and spongy. I like that it came with some berries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. This isn't a light dessert though, i was pretty stuffed after i finished the 2 pancakes. Would love to try the Tiramisu flavour next time.

Although the cake took about half an hour to bake, it tastes out of this world. The pancake looks big but actually fluffy in texture. The cake itself is light in sweetness and it's mainly sweetened by the fruit jam.

Employees were very friendly and the food was actually mind-blowing. Best thing I ate in Toronto. Will definitely remember these pancakes for life.

The place is not very big but it gives a zen feeling because of the light wood decor. The plating is very pretty, hence makes the food much more appetizing. Not to say the food by itself is not. They were actually yummy to say the least. As you can see from the pictures, I can eat them every day if my waist remains as it is :) the sesame latte is something you can’t get anywhere and I enjoyed it as it does complement the light pancakes. Will definitely pay a visit when I’m back in the 6.

This is the 2nd time at this place and I tried the Banana and Strawberry Nutella pancake. One of the fluffiest and not-so-sweet pancake I have ever ate. But delicious and the presentation was just on point. Well done. Highly recommend.
