One of the best Indian and Hakka Chinese places. Got the food delivered a couple days ago and everything tasted absolutely authentic and fresh. The concept is refreshing and suitable for a single person or a big group. I ordered the bowls and had good leftovers for my next meal. P.S if you like spicy or mild, please let them know as they can customize. Aloo Gobhi and Chicken 65 were my favorite. Thanks for being open.

I have been a customer of their other restaurant for a while. Recently I explored their new offering “Fusion” which offers Hakka Chinese and also some of the best Indian food too. The taste and quality is unbeatable. You could see the quality right from their packaging. Amazing 👌🏻

I was really happy with Fusion Bowl, although it wasn’t what I expected. You line up to build your own bowl with a base of noodles or flavourful rice, then add one or two delicious foods - the spicy chicken was excellent. It was all good, as we sat and shared samples at the table exchanges tastes of several different dishes. All good! And it’s licensed so you can cool it all off with a beer!

The Indian international students do not lie. The food here is good, welcoming for novice and expert indian food lovers. If you need it extra spicy, they'll make something special for you. Lots of good choices, but I really like the chicken 65.

Decent portion for the price, but be prepared to spend $10+ per person. Butter chicken and sesame beef was on my plate with a daily special of hakka noodles. Was good stuff. Good Mild to spicy options.

Excellent food! Cilantro Sensitive People be aware that some proteins are garnished with Cilantro. My dish was excellent with no Cilantro garnish. Noodles were lovely and the chicken was juicy, tender and delicious. Beef was delightful with the tastey onions and broccoli. Super nice staff and a beautiful seating area. Definitely going there again!

Visited this New place on George Street for dinner today and as soon as you step you are transported to a different place altogether! The place is setup beautifully, the photos I captured don’t do justice. This place is a counter service restaurant i.e. imagine a subway or burrito place where you choose what you want and the staff behind the counter will whip it up and give it to you. Oh by the way they use bio degradable bowls which is a nice touch and eco friendly! Now on to the most important part the food - it is an eclectic mix of Indian, Hakka and Mexican phew no wonder they named it fusion. We tried their Chicken Tikka Quesadilla, Hakka Rice with Chilli Chicken and Chicken 65 again! Gotta say the flavours are amazing - this place just became my go to for a quick bite. They have a varied menu which would have to be covered over multi visits to try and taste everything! 5 stars!Edit: revisited over the weekend and the food is still amazing.

Phenomenal restaurant! Food was extremely delicious and service was fantastic. Everything tasted hot and fresh. I would say the best thing about this restaurant is the large portions. It is worth it for the price you are paying. I will definitely be coming back again to try more. This is a wonderful edition to downtown Peterborough.

Good place for some good food served quickly, food tasted good and place is clean. Would definitely recommend checking them out. Really is a fusion bowl of different ethnic food!
