Veggie Soy Wrap roll was delicious! Great staff, fast service, fresh food!

The staff was a little distracted when I arrived, but they did a great job regardless and as always the appearance, fragrance, and taste was spot on! I ordered a rice bowl with brown rice and salmon and planned to eat half for dinner and save half for today's lunch. It didn't happen because it was TOO GOOD!!!

The concept of fast-casual sushi just doesn't seem very appealing to me. The ingredients are very fresh, and they have a wide range to choose from for customizing traditional or atypical sushi rolls. They also have a menu of set rolls/bowls to choose from. I can appreciate the health-conscious aspect of this place, and I love how you can calculate the macros of your sushi rolls on their website. Overall, I can't imagine a roll tasting better than just okay. If you've every enjoyed some high-quality sushi, this just won't satisfy; I know it isn't their intention to be traditional sushi, but I can't get behind the idea. I wouldn't deter anybody from trying Fusian though.

Definitely my favorite fast casual spot in town. Everything is tasty, fresh, and healthy! And the staff is phenomenal––always friendly.

The sushi is delicious, but since they've opened the staff has become much worse at rolling the sushi, so sometimes my rolls just fall apart these days. It seems like they skimp on the ingredients a lot more than they used to as well. Like any restaurant though as time goes by the training and attention to detail usually drops off.

This was my first time stopping in having never tried fusion before. From my receipt Alecs is the women who helped me. She offered really good suggestions and guided me through building my poke bowl. I felt the service she provided was worth tipping her even on the carry out. When wrapping everything up without her even knowing I was tipping her she offered me a free drink for my first time stopping in. An awesome gesture and I appreciate it, I will be coming back!

This place is amazing! The staff was super friendly and sweet! They even offered me and my partner complimentary soup! It was so good we even came back that same day.. (don’t judge lol) sushi was the bomb 💣 and the staff hook ya girl up with the ginger!! Girls gotta have her Ginger!!

Mediocre. Nice place to go to have simple cali-roll-type sushi made fresh and quick, but inconsistent. Some good days, some bad. Don't go an hour before they close; orders are usually rushed and not made to quality.Follow-up: Had their miso soup as well; must have been given the dregs because it was the saltiest 1/2 cup of miso I had ever had. Disappointed.

The owner was kind enough to run us through our first visit here. There are a good amount of choices for what you can add to each roll - several selections of meat and veggies, as well as the different sauce options. I had a tuna roll with avocado, cream cheese, and cucumber with some sweet soy sauce (aka eel sauce) and some tempura crunchies. I really liked it. I feel like the drink selection alone is almost worth the trip - several varieties of tea (that actually tastes like real tea!) and lemonade. No sodas, but these choices were so much better. For me, the main downside of this place is that I feel like one roll isn't quite filling enough and two rolls would be a little on the pricey side. A slight drop in the price so that I could get two rolls without feeling guilty about spending so much on dinner and it would be perfect.

Love the sushi! Love making it how I like. The options are great. Love the sweet soy. Love the crunchy. They are very nice. The seaweed is a great thing to hold it all together!

Great food! My wife got the tuna sushi roll and I got the chicken+rice bowl. Delicious! I also love that they use compostable eating utensils and cups.

Really beautiful space with lots of open lighting. Good for families. My server definitely squished up my roll, which made it hard to eat. She definitely knew she made it incorrectly because I saw her ask a coworker how to work the machine as I was paying. I should have asked them to remake it, but they should have offered too.

A great place when you feel like treating yourself to some sushi. The service is always fast and the lemonade options are unique and tasty.

Very clean and interesting restaurant, food was delicious and came right up. If you're on edge about trying new places, come here. You will not be disappointed
