Our family enjoyed a special occasion together and decided to celebrate with a meal at Fujiyama Japanese Steakhouse. The Chef was colorful in his display of knife tricks as he prepared the food in front of us. The meat was cooked very well.

Amazing food. The chefs are very enthusiastic too. It's just what you would expect from a Japanese Stake House/Hibachi. Definitely I must go.

Oh my goodness amazing!! Food was excellent, staff just as good if not better. Make sure you make reservations... It was my grandparents 58 anniversary so I took a few pictures, when I asked and what's your name sir,? his reply was priceless "JUSTIN BIEBER" good family fun. Big smiles all around ðŸ‘😀 thank you for a wonderful afternoon!!

Experience depends on chef. Some are good at a sore of the cooking. Ours today merely cooked. I suppose the onion volcano or heart of rice was too time consuming.

Just went here with my family for Black Friday. Tim was an excellent chef. Even let me brother get behind the stove and bang the utensils around. We got loads of alcohol which kept the party pumping. Food was amazing and service was great. This is our second time here. Every time we come to weeki wachee we will eat here.

The food here is indescribably delicious! I had the Oh My Gosh sushi & the Hibachi scallops and salmon, and was in heaven eating these for a late dinner. Dessert was their Mochi ice cream, with vanilla, mango & green tea ice cream, a wonderful end to the meal. I highly recommend this delightful cuisine and exceptional service from the staff.
