Of course I love the cakes at Fujiya-Mamada store, but I'm a big fan of pastry ❤️I love Baumkuchen and Scotch cake [fruit] here.Fujiya's Baum has candy syrup on the outside, so the sticky feeling of the first mouth is irresistible. I can't give this texture to Baum of other stores.Also, the [fruit] of the scotch cake is so delicious !!He says he uses four types of fruit and walnuts. The bitterness of orange peel, the texture of walnut and the flavor of scotch are exquisite. Super delicious 😋I bought it today too ✨
