Hibachi grill was so delicious! Could have had more veggies but the cook owned the grill and the food was delicious! Also the sushi 🣠is on point!

This is a great restaurant that adds a bit of fun to the Muncie dinning scene. The food is always great, and the atmosphere on the inside is good as well. If you are willing to spend a bit more for your dinning experience, you will not be disappointed!

Loved all the food! Great customer service and fair prices. We got chicken habatchi, a chicken and sushi entree, and noodles. We thought it all tasted great!! Surprisingly the noodles were actually our favorite thing to eat. The noodles had a very nice slightly sweet taste to them and our daughter loved them too! Highly recommend Fuji!

Good place to eat. Dinner ran around 16 to 25 per person for hibachi style dinner. Around 15 for lunch. Best fried rice!!

My family and I love coming to this restuarant. It seems like we go about once a month. We always sit in the hibachi section. The service and servers are great. Some cooks are better than others that's for sure. Last visit over the weekend was no as pleasant as normal. One cook seems to not cook his rice fully. There are big clumps of white rice still mixed in and I swear I crunched into egg shell. I'm not one to complain because I know everyone has there day. All in all we really enjoy eating here.

Good sushi, good decor, admispher is relaxing but so is service. Slowly but surely. Average price compare to good sushi places. Yummy mango roll was good. Rock chicken is very blend with out sauce. No actual koi fish in the pond - gold fish. Over all good and authentic Japanese sushi.

Always great food, the hibachi chefs are entertaining, and staff is friendly. It's a little on the expensive side, but the quality is more than worth it.

We had a great experience at Fuji. My husband and I went in for lunch. We ordered gyoza to start which was delicious. We then ordered two sushi rolls and ramen. All the food was superb and I must say they had great sweet tea as well. 😂 I can’t wait to visit again.
