It's the only place with "anytning" in Tomakomai or at least that's what everyone tells me. However, it is nice that they have everything gathered in one place, since Tomakomai is a very long town. Also access is pretty easy since there is a free shuttle bus to and from the Train Station. It's also located on a large road that a lot of buses in Tomakomai take. It's also a good place to meet new people and friends.I would recommend Village Vanguard and Kaldi Coffee, they have a lot of international items(a taste of home) for a decent price (for Japan)

If you come back from Tomakomai by ferry, it is the best mega store to buy souvenirs and food. Rokkatei's store is also on the 1st floor and sells roses. For souvenirs, they are put in beautiful bags. There are abundant Hokkaido wine, Hokkaido instant ramen, grilled buckwheat bento and more.

This mall has good restaurants and a post office too.

Although the parking lot is large, it is very crowded on weekends and holidays. At that time, it will be resolved if you park in the outdoor parking lot. Also, it is recommended that you go out of the back street to avoid getting frustrated when you get out of the car.

Not so huge, but not so small shopping mall including local and fast food court in Tomakomai.Also there is a supermarket in mall, so you can buy daily articles at here.
