Delicious food every time! Friendly people- great atmosphere

Absolutely love this coffee shop! Such a friendly staff and a great place for a lunch break stop. They also cater events, and my company could not be any happier with their lovely service. Dylan is one of a kind, and he was so incredibly helpful, organized, and kind throughout our entire open house event. Will keep going back!

This was a lovely coffee shop! It was wonderfully decorated for the holidays and very cozy. My partner described it as rustic industrial lol. The staff are really sweet, they even offered to remake my drink when I realized I could order a non dairy milk! (They have almond, oat, and I think soy?) The atmosphere is very nice, too. Great seating options. The drink options and food options were great, well priced, and nice variety for a quick bite or actual meal. The Wi-Fi code is "Ignite22" as of November 2023 haha. The bathroom is very clean and tidy.

Excellent food and a wonderful staff! Interior is gorgeous brick-faced and the perfect place to hand out for a cup of coffee. In addition to bakery items, the food selection is good and includes breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, and coconut bowls! Private and communal seating and access to wifi. Street parking is available right outside and can be paid for conveniently with the ParkingApp. Fuel takes it up a notch by providing a simply awesome coffee-drinking atmosphere in this rehabed factory setting.

The owner is so sweet; the ambiance is amazing. Cool but calming; they play music loud enough to enjoy but not so loud that you can’t hold a conversation. Would be great for a meeting place or a coffee date! 🫶🏼

Nice little coffee shop with a Euro feel to it.

Really nice atmosphere and comfortable to work remotely from. My only critiques/feedback is that their acai bowls are TOO heaping big - to the point where you can't even eat it without spilling half the bowl all over the table. Either the portions/price or the bowl needs to change. I would also love to see them incorporate actual coffee mugs instead of disposable cups for their coffee...it's time.

We came in earlier this morning during the first snow storm of the winter season. We were the only customers and the employee was eager to help us. I can't recall his name but he was a British/European/Foreign guy, so management you'll probably be able to know who I'm talking about! He was very patient when answering my many questions about the different coffee options as I have never tried coffee before. He was very kind and polite overall and I would give him 10 stars for service! I recently went somewhere else to try coffee for the first time and they acted like I was stupid for not knowing what a mocha was. I suggest the management let him know he's doing a good job! The atmosphere was also very nice. I love that the old interior was kept, showing off the history and heritage of Worcester. The food was very good, the prices not so much. However, as someone who has left establishments because I don't like the prices, I will say paying a little more is worth the experience. I will definitely be back again sometime!

Love this coffee shop. The staff, food, and atmosphere are all excellent. I've been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. I also think this location is significantly better than the downtown location.

Nice spot, pretty quiet. Nice to get some work done or chill. Good menu although the coffee/espresso is not my favorite. It's not the worst, but just kind of mid.
