It was good for our purposes. Made to order. Good medium burger and fries. Daughter liked Caesar salad. We had a big group. Everyone orders at counter and picks up food later. Lots of tables. You get to put whatever you want on burgers at buffet style topping station.

Superb as always . . . . . My favorite there is the grilled chicken on a lettuce wrap and sweet potato fries on the side . . . . Walk over the salad bar and pick up some onions and tomatoes and pickle . . . . Add a little honey mustard and hot cheddar cheese . . . . Delicious meal . . . . Not to forget to make pictures at the Beatles gallery . . . . .

I always have such mixed emotions about this place because the food is always SO PERFECT that it almost looks fake. Every tomato is perfectly sliced, the buns truly look fake, and the burgers cooked to perfection. I can't fault a single thing about the food. Here's where I get lost: the ambiance and decor is super outdated...like REALLY BADLY outdated. It takes away from the overall experience which is disappointing. Additionally, the staff the last time I went was underwhelming. The person taking our order was really mumbly and hard to hear. We stumbled over our order a few times until we figured each other out. Also, the kitchen team was standing and talking together and ignoring a customer that needed a to-go box.Not the end of the world, but again, small things inhibit what could have been an excellent customer experience.

Milkshake and burger combo is bomb. You can also have your burger exactly how you want it. The atmosphere is great, makes you feel relaxed

I had a perfect medium rare burger, not much blue cheese crumbles, sauteed onions and some pretty good french fries. Not bad.

Very good, oldest but best burger joint. Had the 1/3 burger with cheddar and milk shake. The was my reward for plowing snow for 6 straight hours.

Food is great, my kids love it. I visit at least a 2x a month. Chicken sandwich came out undercooked once but the manager took care of us. A couple of the arcade games always seem to be down but many others to choose from. Beers are always cold. Shakes are great.
