Front Street Diner

I've been here a few times and had mixed experiences. The servers are always friendly and timely. The food, however, is hit or miss. Breakfast tends to be good, both the Belgian waffles and the omelets are great. The rice is bland, mashed potatoes are bland even with gravy, and the fish and chips was bland, which was extra disappointing considering their menu boasts "seafood is our specialty!" All in all, I'd recommend the diner if you want breakfast, not so much for other meals.

Great comfort food with many homemade options including homemade soups. They graciously accommodate large groups with their large dining area.

Great location along the river, big parking lot, clean, roomy. Staff was friendly, service efficient. I ordered the Santa Fe: grilled chicken, with bacon, chedder cheese on a pretzel bun, it came with a side of fresh cut fries, cup of soup and had portion cups of BBQ sauce and Slaw. It was fabulous. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was juicy. Good size portion the chicken overlapped the fresh bun and the bacon was crisped just right. The slaw had good flavor and added a nice zip to the sandwich. Fries could have been cooked longer but that is my liking. Nice place, Great food and easy on the wallet.
