multiple breakdown since 2001impossible to find breakdowns most of the time.the top hydroconfort boiler (80l balloon) fell from the wall (support fixed by plastic pegs at 6:45 this morning) tearing most of the piping ...Fortunately, no gas leak.This boiler was the Mercedes of boilers ??? to believe the installer. ..I think I will buy a Dacia 😆😆😆😆

Lots of trouble with my "prestige" !! 3 weeks without hot water, and of course, without heating ....... After 3 visits to the convenience store, and calls to the FRISQUET technical service, no one knows and is unable to diagnose the failure !!!!! I am on the second part ordered, without result (boiler 6 years) LAMENTABLE.
