Frisch's Big Boy

I went through the drive thru. Service was fast. Cashier was friendly and personable. I ordered turkey club melt combo. It was hot and made exactly how I like it. I will frequent this location again when I have a taste for Frisch's.

I have eaten at several Frisch's Big Boys, but this one was well below average. Under staffed on a busy Sunday morning. the food was cold, bland and service was terrible.

I just came through the drive thru and they handed me my order and asked me to wait. They gave me a free piece of hot fudge cake! Tried to call to thank them but wasnt able to reach anyone. So I'm publicly Thanking them! Thank you!

Fish sandwich is good keep s getting smaller !

Decent food, wonderful Pumpkin Pie (in season), and one of the only places left where you can get a Big Boy.

Well still here atm, so far dirty coffee mugs, after waiting 18 minutes to even have a server come to our table as we had to seat ourselves, and get this the coffee is cold and trash. So I'm pretty sure the food and plates are gonna be super sub par also.......

I ordered... A super bad boy combo, extra hot tarter sauce... The burger had hardly any sauce and absolutely NO pickles!! And I didn't get any fries at all!!! I ordered a Super big boy extra tarter sauce... That too was extra dry!! The sausage in my kids meal was old and dry!!!! Probably exceeded the time temperature level!!! Just HORRIBLE!!!

I would like to say thank you to the employee Milika M. I placed an order for my lunch at approximately 7 pm( I work 3rd shift), for pick at 9:15 pm. She made an extra special effort to see that my order was ready at that time. She was very polite and courteous as well. I wish I could have left a larger gratuity for her but my budget would not allow. Thank you again for going the extra mile for me.

Food and services has really gone down . There was more staff then customer server never ask if everything was ok twice I just left my food on the table manager never ask how was everything also server never came with our check we had to get it from the register, server made statement that she didn't know we were ready ,if she had came to the table instead of talking to the young man in the back she would have . I miss Arizona

It wasn't crowded but I guess they were expecting a crowd cause they crammed everyone into one section of the restaurant. The waitress took our order from another table and in fact, only came to the table to tell us that they were out of spaghetti. She did slow down enough to put our food on the table. They put pickles on n my sandwich after I specifically asked for no pickles. The guy restocking the breakfast bar didn't. This had to have been just a bad day because no manager would put up with this much poorly done work.

Back to the Big Boys I remember! Food was fresh and hot!

From the times I’ve gone to this location. I would go to Norwood a lot. They’ve always had a great breakfast bar. If you order something separately off the menu they don’t do a rush job and will give you hot and fresh food. Waiters have always been nice. It’s a nice location to stop at and get breakfast in the morning before work.

I've never been to this location before, nor was I intentionally planning on visiting this specific location tonight. Just ended up in the area and I love me some Frisch's. I didn't realize the time so got here around 9:30, but I didn't really want to drive to Covington. Got a vanilla Coke (my fave, normally) but it tasted horrible. I couldn't tell if it was just too much vanilla or if they gave me diet coke. I ordered a fish sandwich and asked for a water instead. Received my food and waiter was nice. I could tell the day was a rough one because he was super tired. I did eventually get my water, and I tipped because he deserved it. I just wish my food was better. It was hot, but I didn't expect much because it was my fault for getting here so late. I'll try again at a better time and see how they are.
