Wife and I have been to many a Frisch's Big Boy many a time, bit this one on Charlestown Rd in New Albany, Indiana was lacking in areas. Such as: Soup, salad, and dessert bar looked pretty well rummaged through at 8pm. Sodas were flat, although you could see bubbles on the glass itself. Weird. 30 minutes after placing order we get our meal but notice another table get up and leave, leaving behind a full Big Boy platter and drinks. Turned out that the Chicken Italian that they served us was part of their order as well but they ordered before we did and was there before us. I can't say I blame them!!

We came here with a large group of people on a tour bus. We had an excellent experience. The food was very good and the service was great. They were very diligent about keeping the buffet stocked for us.
