Frisch's Big Boy

Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. Ordered the breakfast bar around 1:50 pm not realizing it closed at 2 pm, was not warned and they closed the buffet before we could get all of our food. Overall it was not a good experience and this is not the first time this has happened at this location

Quiet comfortable waitresses excellent and very attentive. Good food. Enjoy

Best soup & salad bar!! Their ranch dressing is out of this world!!!! Omg! Try their Cherry Coke too, there's just so many delicious options!!!! Clean environment & friendly service!!😁

Always get taken care of by the manager sorry didn't catch her name however, there is one worker that is a Dynamo "Jen" , I watched this young lady hit every area helping everyone out when she could have just looked busy. I will be back because of this manager and Jen, thank you ladies for making each and every time a delight!

I 8 off of the breakfast buffet and I would have to say it was the best buffet I have ever eaten in my life the food was completely fresh and they made sure they replace something if it was not fresh ! The staff was pretty amazing and nice and it was not the fate kind of nice where they are just working for a tip. I would recommend going to this fresh is before any other

Good, but they forgot the side salad with ranch for the BB platter.

My mother and father visited there this morning for breakfast bar the bar was empty and when my parents stated they were going to leave the manager Beth came out and proceeded to be very rude to my mother who is a firecracker and she got rude right back. Point being go back there cool the food yourself because that’s your job! It is also your job to handle the fact that people are going to get upset when you come to a breakfast bar and there is no food! And thankful that I was there because you would never disrespect my mother in front of me period! You deserve to be fired because obviously you can handle your Job!

Recently redone interior looks nice and clean. Our server did a great job. We had the fresh and ample salad bar. When it came time to check out after a few minutes we were met by the GM(I think). No eye contact and seemed put off that he had to take our money. That's the only reason for not getting five stars.

Fish sandwich was undercook.Send it back, 20 minutes later still waiting for new sandwich. Still no sandwich and waitress never came back to let me know why it was taking so long.So I never got a new sandwich pay for my coke and left.Manager when told could of care less.Bad food Bad SERVICE!!!

Frisch's is an icon for good reasons. At this location, you can expect warm prompt service with hot food delivered quickly. Best fish sandwich around. Love it on the Rye bun with extra tartar sauce! The coleslaw is delicious and onion rings can't be beat.

Posting an update to the original review. My original post had them with 5 stars and while this maybe a one time incident it bears notice. Yesterday I stopped at this location and ordered three sandwiches at the drive thru. A big boy, a super big boy, and a buddy boy. I always check to make sure order is complete which it appeared to be. Suprised at home by both big boy and super big boy both had just one piece of hamburger meat and the buddy boy looked to have been sliced with a dirty knife. Usually no problem with this location buy today yes dropping to 4 stars.Many changes at Frisch's since being sold. Some good some not so good. At least they did get Coca cola back. Nothing like a cherry coke made there. Big boy restaurants have been part of my life since before birth.

Their food has gone down hill. Still it's not too bad and it's affordable. The place is always clean. Update: Went back today (1/18/20) and had the best server ever! Her name was Donna. Ask for her if you go here. On top of great service she helped me and my patient with cerebral palsy out to our car!
