The best part is the Happy Goat coffee.

Simply put, excellent. Home made panini sandwiches and salads, the coffee is second to none and the owner is very friendly. Highly recommended 👍

Kind of an underwhelming panini to be honest. One thin layer of what I thought was poor quality salami, almost resembled baloney, a few tiny shreds of pickled vegetable and a little sprinkle of cheese which was not put on the panini press long enough to melt. Barely any filling in the sandwhich! Sorry but definitely nothing to go running back for. What irked me the most though was the owner didn't say a word, just handed me the sandwich.

A small coffee shop where you can get self-service coffee in a small white styrofoam cup plus a muffin for $1.90. They had about 5 different coffee options from hand-pump canisters. Service was not particularly helpful. Me: I'll have the muffin and a small coffee for $1.90 please. Server: You can help yourself. [Points to coffee.]Me: Do you have any decaf? Server: No. [Full stop.]I never did get a coffee or a muffin. Perhaps they're delicious. The muffins did look tasty, as did various other dishes that looked suitable for a quick lunch. A nice enough little seating area. Not busy.

Walked in hungry, thirsty and needing to use the washroom. Thought it’d be a good spot to take care of all three. Individual stood in front of me saying go across the street. Explained i wanted food, he said across the street.Went across the street, used the washroom and ordered food across the street too.Turns out Friends Coffee isnt so friendly.

Food is always great and fresh. Friendly service too.

Coffee/latte was awful. Breakfast sandwich was mediocre and owner was extremely rude and unfriendly. Place is dirty.

Decent place for breakfast. I was visiting ottawa, and found this place for brunch. Hung out at the place for few hours after finishing the meal

Extremely thin coffee, so watered down it tastes like twice used beans. Pleasant service however.

Honestly should be a 1.5 rating but the service was nice and the place was moderately clean. Chicken sandwich was very underwhelming, tasted frozen and served very cold. The salad was horrendous, soggy and the portion size was laughable. I couldnt finish either and honestly for $11.50, i was quite disappointed with what i got. Will be going back in hopes this was just a one off but definitely wont be ordering another salad
