Great experience, managed this plaza myself for years and since I've left Frinendly's has only made improvements! 4 stars for the area but has no bearing on the store itself. Great place for quick service, great prices, and excellent customer service!!

Very convenient online ordering and a super clean and inviting entry way. I didn't wait long for my food when I arrived the very friendly (no pun intended) grabbed my food and bagged it. She accidentally dropped one order but replaced it in under 2 minutes very impressed

We really enjoyed our dinner. The atmosphere was pleasant, not loud or obnoxious like some other restaurants are. This is a quality family restaurant. The staff made us feel at home. The service here is prompt and courteous. I'm always pleased with how kind the wait staff treat us. I highly recommend this Friendly's. The only thing which takes away a star is the menu. While the breakfast and lunch choices are abundant the dinner choices are not. I'd be happy to see more items available for dinner, and in larger portions. Thank you!

I had forgotten why i hadn't been to a Friendlys in a decade. Well the appetizers came out with a dirty plate. The waitress messed up the 2 out of 6 entree orders. And messed up all 3 out of 4 ice cream orders. The drink orders were wrong. Plus the service was extremely slow. My water was empty within first 15 minutes of being there and was never refilled. Definitely will not be going back to Friendlys again. There is a reason this chain is dieing

Not gonna lie my daughter found a hair in her quesadilla at this location . I tell the waitress and the cook comes out offers her to make a new one then doesnt even take it off the bill. Terrible customer service and the cleanliness is definitely questionable.

I love Friendly's. I could always find a consistent quality of food and service. Not any more. Wife and I walked out on our last visit. When waitstaff informed us he forgot to putt in our order. Went up the street to Popeye's.

It's okay, Burger was bland and tasteless but the ice cream as usual was fantastic.

Easy access to the plaza at 7pm on a Monday. The 6.99$ deals we're just what i was looking for. My companion and I ordered one of the melts,. A Patty melt and tuna melt. Both were served in a reasonable amount of time. They were both good. The fries are served with out salt. Ice teas were good served with 2 slices of lemon.

Took a special needs friend there for breakfast. Service was great.Food a bit expensive. Corn beef hash was terrible.

Service was ok...food was ok but extremely expensive...could have gone to a nice restaurant for what we spent here. $75 for lunch for 3 people was a bit much...just sayin

Had a great meal that all 4 of us loved. We each had something different and all were happy with the choices. Courtney, our waitress, was great and made our visit memorable.
