Kind of a typical friendlies experience. Seemingly these restaurants are always understaffed. It was quite busy but the staff made the best of it. We waited about 15 minutes for a table although there were several tables open they just didn't have enough staffing there to clean them up. Once they did get it cleaned up or server was friendly and efficient. We ordered some burgers, fries, and chicken fingers. They all came out in a decent amount of time and we're relatively tasty. We did put an ice cream orders and the ice cream was really good. Prices were reasonable and overall not a terrible experience. Just the wait time and seeming lack of organization could have made it a lot better.

Typical Friendly's location. When we arrived we found a sign on the door saying the fryer wasn't working. We ordered online and had a lot of fried components with our food so our food wasn't made. Would have appreciated some kind of call about that? The fryer started working just as we arrived so they were able to make our food. We ended up getting it 15 minutes later than expected, which was not a huge deal at all. Just would have preferred better communication! Food was solid. Very generous with bacon on loaded waffle fries.

Went in for lunch around 1 and waited 20 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes before a waitress came over for greeting. Placed 2 simple order and waited 30 minutes for it to come out. Seem like they are understaff but the place still needs to manage it better.
