The staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was neat and clean as were the restrooms. The food was excellent. Worth the value by going on Wednesday's.

It was friendly's ice cream with bad customer service. If I wanted to be ignored I could go to the grocery store and go home for half the cost and twice the ice cream. All the staff ignored us and our server turned off our "alert the server" call to make us wait 20 minutes to pay. The restaurant had a total of 5 tables with max 3 people at them. On top of it all they kept allowing none employees into the backrooms and kitchen. Will not be returning.

Gail that works there is the best waitress. She is excellent! Everyone loves her. Of course we love Friendlys. The food is great!
