Awful service. They cant figure out online orders. If you get take out double check your stuff! And when asked for the stuff they forgot I got nothing but a strange attitude. Dont go here!!!!

The staff is really nice and attentitive, but food quality and decoration looks like it was done by a few teenagers who don't care. Oh wait, that's the staff makeup.

My order is wrong every single time I order online, I will not be eating here again. I used to love this restaurant as a kid but Friendly's has really gone downhill. I'm not sure why someone can't read "no ranch" multiple times in a row, especially when it's something that simple.

The food was okay, I would stick to burgers and fries. The customer service was excellent. Waitstaff was friendly and food came out quickly.

It's unfortunate to see regional change like this closing. This is a staple of a lovely and small New England town. This is one of the few chains where the staff is always "Friendly" they look out for the customer. Your order is most certainly correct and if there is a problem they take responsibility and fix it for you right away. I hope this location gets stick around for quite a while longer.

A trip back home is not complete until we eat at the Friendly's of my youth. This place has been there forever it seems. Lots of memories. The place to eat after football games in the 1960's. Great food then, and now.

Quite a few new choices which all look good. Our waitress Jackie was great - she's so friendly and sweet. If you haven't been recently - give them another try!

Friendly's used to be one of the greatest places to eat. The meal was disappointing. What was really bad was that our credit card was over charged. CC company fixed it.

Went in for a quick bite to eat with my family. As we were sitting in the waiting area the kitchen was in clear view. The cook had no gloves, was handling multiple items without washing hands. The floor in the kitchen and dinning area was sticky and very dirty. I will not return with my family.

Food hot & fresh.Good service. Clean and cutely decorated. Some things have Small Portions. Prices kinda high for what you get. Ordered an $8.99 fish dinner 2 tiny diamond shaped pieces of fish and a few fries (not even a hand full) Nothing else..like Cole slaw. How is that a dinner? I Miss the nice homestyle dinners. Ordered a side of Cole slaw was in a tiny dip cup and cost me $1.99 😠! Drink was separate. I'm disappointed! I don't feel like I got my money's worth. Not my idea of a good fish dinner.
