Gardien burger is life!! So glad they have a meatless burger option. Coffee was great. Service was great. Food was delicious.

Super friendly (pun intended!) service. Just there to get a medium Fribble. “Hannah†helped me at the ice cream counter, with a friendly smile and an “of course†attitude. So rare to find employees who care, especially in fast food industry. Told her manager Mikala how impressed I was. Keep up the good work - I’ll be back for another Fribble soon. 😊

Haven't been to a friendly in years. Wifey and I worked for them 25 years ago. Amazing the changes. Food was good, service was good. Pricing was descent. It was an off time. Only complaint was I had am omelette. Southwest I think. It had the tortilla chips on top. Whoever cut the onions. Way to thick. I like onion. But that was only complaint. Not sure if that was the design of the omelette. But next time in area we would stop back. Thanks.

Most enjoyable banana split! The young men, Dan, Dan and the other lad who actually made my dessert were all very pleasant. I typically come to friendlys for dessert, it's what my parents always did, have dinner once place and at another. The service was excellent, the banana split was perfect! Thanks guys

I went to this Friendly’s a couple weeks ago and was not satisfied much. We walked in and stood for 10 minutes at the waiting area. No one else was waiting and there were clearly around three to four tables open. We finally got seated and right away the waitress came to ask for our drinks. We didn’t even get to look at the menu. After ordering drinks I selected my food, two mini cheese burgers (two sliders) with a side of fries. We ordered. Then I got my burgers. B U R G E R S . We asked for cheese and then received my correct order. But I have to admit dessert was awesome. I ordered the Oreo sundae!

I had not been to Friendly's for years, and it hasn't changed too much. They have a nice desert menu, and it's good for kids and families.

Better than in the past. Service was better. The food is always good. Did this chain get a new owner? I will go again to be sure this improvement wasn't a fluke.

We had lunch at Friendly's at exit 5 in Plymouth. Excellent fresh entree tossed salad with tomato, egg, cheese, and crispy chicken bites. Very nice waitress, Juliana. Will go back again.
