Spencer is a good friend.

The chicken is mouth-watering. I went there last week and have dreams about the chicken salad sandwiches. If you’re looking for authentic southern food go here. The fried chicken isn’t greasy and tastes the same as my great-grandma fried chicken. Five stars, two thumbs up.

I selected Fried Chicken Kitchen to cater my son's wedding rehearsal dinner for 40 people and I have to say the from start to finish this was the best decision I could have made. Not being in St. Augustine I wanted a caterer that I could count on and Spencer was accessible the whole time and made planning easy and uncomplicated. As far as the food all I can say is everyone loved the chicken and sides. When delivered, what was supposed to be hot was hot and what was to be cold was cold. His homemade sauces were excellent and a perfect complement to the chicken. The chicken was crispy and moist and very flavorful. If you are in St. Augustine and looking for great chicken or a hassle free catering experience then you have to call Spencer and his Fried Chicken Kitchen. I honestly wish there were more stars!

Owners and operators are friendly and customer minded. I've eaten here several times and haven't been disappointed

Having lived in the South all my life, I love fried chicken and have pretty high fried chicken standards. This chicken exceeded those standards. AMAZING. Perfect. The sides were delicious too. Most satisfying meal I’ve had in a while. Don’t miss these folks!

5 star customer service, staff was super friendly and attentive. Literally the tastiest chicken I’ve ever had, so moist and crispy but not too heavy ! My family and I absolutely LOVED the fried Mac n cheese balls, we fought over the last one!!! And don’t get me started on the coleslaw, it is a must have! Best wet mayo cabbage in town, PERIODT.

Absolutely delicious! Every time I see that their in the area I make sure to stop by. The sliders are my favorite!!

Delicious food. The chicken is cooked to order so there is a good 20 minute wait to get your food but it is very worth it.

If you like fried chicken, but not all the grease that comes with it, Fried Chicken Kitchen is the place for you. Perfectly balanced breading and made to order so your chicken is not sitting around soaking up grease. The corn chowder is awesome and has so much meat it can be a meal. The sides are awesome too. Consistent quality and great customer service. A must try if your in the mood for real southern food that is high quality give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

A must try! Definitely exceeded my expectations. And the cornbread...the cornbread! I never realized I had never had really, really good cornbread. Who knew? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Grab a LOAF of it the next time you go. It is amazing and if it makes it that long, still great a day or two later, so don’t be afraid to get extra for leftovers. Plus the crew is amazing - always a nice bonus to delicious food. 😃

Great chicken fried fresh while you wait. Excellent veggies and Mac and cheese balls with Datil pepper sauce.

Just had an amazing experience with the Fried Chicken Kitchen. Not only is the food AMAZING, but everyone who worked there was so kind, so friendly, so helpful and just a joy to talk to! My husband and I split the 2 piece meal (which is a large size and totally fed both of us) and had mac n cheese and potato salad as our sides. The chicken was super crispy, the mac and cheese was amazing and the potato salad was 90% potato/10% salad, which is the best kind of potato salad in my opinion. Absolutely we will be coming back!
