It's sad to see a fabled institution such as Krispy Kreme becoming so inconsistent lately - sometimes there are doughnuts, sometimes there are not; sometimes the cash register works, sometimes it does not; sometimes the cashier works, sometimes it does not. At least the doughnuts themselves (when they show up) never fail to replete with essential sugars and calories.

Went purposely for the BOGO glazed donuts promotion and they were "out" of glazed.. they had four left and wouldn't sell them to my husband because what if somebody wanted to pay full price for them? He asked if they could do the chocolate topped glazed for the promotion, and they did it but man those are gross! 😂. These Krispy kremes have been disappointing lately because Everytime they have a promotional donut, they are forever out. I've never seen the pie donuts here. I will not make the special trip anymore. Which sucks. I am from North Carolina and the only donut place we see as Worthy is krispy, and this is the only close one but sheesh.

Its a fresh shop. The donuts come from another store. A hot store would be great. Ask for birth certificates for freshness. They Are suppose to have them on hand to ebsure freshness.

The man that was working yesterday was amazing! He lit up my whole day with his kindness! My husband and I only got a coffee and glazed donut but it was one of the best stops on my vacation! Thank you so much! I wish I would've got your name!

I can’t give it five stars because I don’t think that the place does anything great (5 stars) or good (4 stars). It’s unhealthy food and nothing special. Felt like I just should have opened a pack of sugar and scarfed it down. Same nutritional value.

It's not an awful place and seems clean enough, but when I went in to get my free birthday donut, they donut they gave me seemed like it had been left out for 3 days and was hard and stale. I was so disappointed, especially because this isn't the Krispy Kreme I usually go to (the one I go to is located near a target), and it was my only free donut. The man who helped me was nice though, so at least the service wasn't too bad.
