I will never ever quit eating fromHere. Price is a bit up there but that’s the way the world works now with inflation and healthy choices. I’m full and always satisfied with how they make my order. Great place and splendid service!

took them an hour to make 3 soups.. and theyre all wrong... paid to have extra stuff added in and things i didnt request were put it and not what i wanted..

I was there on Dec. 19, 2019 (late afternoon), it took over 12 minutes for one Bamboo bowl, and it looked like they added in canned chicken with the chicken breast. This is the worst experience I have had at a Freshii yet.

We both ordered the Buddha’s satay. It was actually pretty tasty and I can recommend it. I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff though when I made the order. So overall the food was a win, the service was a bust.

So annoyed! I went to Freshii at the airport terminal 3 and NONE of the staff knew how to deduct taxes for the native status card! The staff were so rude and had so much attitude with me! It is MANDATORY that the staff know how to do this procedure. Never eating at Freshii.WORST COMPANY EVER.

Four people on the floor and only one person doing any work. Stood in line for about 20 minutes and walked out without any food. Only had one person ahead of me waiting in line. Terrible.

Sloooooooooooooow.Watching students ghost wall through their orders was painful.Had to call to the cashier twice to even get a response (was not greeted/acknowledged/anything)Waited over 30 minutes for one wrap.No it wasn't busy, they are just that slow.And that one of the attendants (these are not cooks) had extremely long, lacked, nails is just disgusting and against health code.

The food is good and healthy, I eat here often. I’m giving it a 2 star rating because of the cleanliness. Tables always have crumbs on them and look grubby. Floor is disgusting, looks like it has a layer of permanent sludge on it. The whole place needs a serious wipe down. Main reason for this I would guess is understaffed.

A receipt was never given after paying. Chicken was soggy and cold. Tables dirty. Overall, poor attitude and service.

Finally something better to eat at terminal 3. Keep in mind this is before security. But you can still take the food through the security if you have to. Just no drinks ✌️

The flavour of my Pangoa Bowl was fairly consistent with other Freshiis I’ve visited, but the temperature of the ingredients and serving size were not. Typically the bowl is almost overflowing, but the airport location is thrifty as a rule as you can see in the photo. The Energii Bites were really good though, I can’t get enough of those little peanut butter balls.

I am glad that we have at least one vegetarian restaurant in T3. I'm giving 2 Star for veggie stuff. Had the Buddha Satay. Was not a great one- almost tasteless.

Im not sure if i swallowed some glass shards or just some especially sharp strawberry stems? The smoothie was nice tho but really small for that price.

Unhygienic at this location. Girl at counter punched in order on till and handled cash with gloves on then started to make a burrito. Had tell her to change gloves. Very gross.

Food is horrible (just coloured water) and service even worse. Tables and floors are filthy. Charged us for an extra spoon to eat the soup with. Don't accept gift cards.
