Fantastic food and customer service. The customer service isn't just good, it's phenomenal. I have never seen as much care for customers as I have from here. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced from any establishment of any type. The food is fresh and the place is always spotless. keep up the great job

I LOVE this Freshii location!The owner/manager is always in the restaurant and is the nicest guy. All the employee's are really kind and friendly and always polite and professional. The food portions are large and fairly priced. It gets busy around peak times (lunch) and they make everything fresh so if you're in a rush, make an account and place a mobile order. My place of work has also used this location for a "bulk" order and they were super. I've been to the upper james Freshii location and it doesn't compare. The staff at this location really make the difference. Keep up the great work!

Yumm, I literally love this place! I finally got to try the banana crunch smoothie & it was delicious. My only issue is that I ordered the drink, and then whatever was left in the blender was put out on the counter as free samples. Meanwhile my cup could have just been filled up to the top. No big deal!

I wanted to provide a treat for some of my co-workers and bring in some food that was fresh and tasty. Something good for you that made you feel great and felt like you were having something special. A treat. That is exactly what we got with Freshii. Naeem was super helpful when I contacted him on-line. Everyone got to order their own bowl, wrap, salad and smoothie and we all enjoyed it very much. Good sized portions for lunch and we did not all feel like a nap after! Definitely recommended.

The food is absolutely wonderful at this location, from cleanliness to presentation, very pleasing. One thing i like about this location is customer service, Naeem!! I guess thats the name of the manager Awesome service, i go there he knows the orders and his service is really quick and neat. I just asked his name today 😄 Thank you. Must visit

this location has the best customer service I’ve seen in almost any establishment:) the manager is always so sweet and cheerful and everything’s always fresh, it’s also a very clean store it seems like everyone enjoys their jobs :)

What can I say about this place? Amazing every single time. Every. Single. Time. These guys have an unbelievable menu and vegan/vegetarian friendly. If you want meat, they got it. These guys are crazy clean, very knowledgeable, friendly and quick.You even have a chance to recycle your empty containers if you are eating there. The veggies, meat and fruit are fresh and always so vibrant in colour. Good work guys and don't change a thing... unless you're adding to the menu ;)- Hakim (Ultimate Foodie)

Stopped in here for lunch the other day with a friend and was blown away! Fresh, hot and tasty, great customer service, very clean. Had a teriyaki bowl with chicken and that was absolutely delicious. Portions are large. Yummy frozen yogurt and fresh toppings to finish! I will be back! Very highly recommended and good for families! Brava!

Clean and friendly service, however the portion sizes are MUCH smaller than other locations, and seem to get smaller when management makes them.

It's good, but not as many healthy options as I would hope for. More plant-based choices are needed for those of us who prefer to avoid eggs and dairy products.

Excellent place to have lunch. They give you a clip board where you put together your own made to order wrap, bowl or soup. My daughter ordered (made) a whole wheat wrap w/ brown rice, avocado & up to 6 toppings w/ quite a large variety. I had a chicken teriyaki bowl. Come once & you will definitely want to comeback again.

Great food; healthy and quick. Great service; both on Skip and in person. I really enjoy coming here for lunch! And sometimes dinner too.

I am impressed with the food as well as cleanliness of this restaurant.
