Lots of healthy vegan choices service is phenomenal

The food is really good if u don't mind forsaking service. Never have I ever encountered a group of workers so rude. No introduction, no hello how can I help u. They literally stand there and look annoyed that u came in. I observed one customer get yelled at for not hearing them ask her a clarifying question by yelling it across several people from several feet away. I was on work assignment and it was convenient but the owners need to get this staff together.

What is the point of being open until 5:00 pm if at 4:25pm you declare that you are only serving wraps? Great customer service. Disappointed.

Great service in person. Can’t recall a time where the order was correct.

Great food. Vegetarian paradise. Not giving the fifth star because it is pricey.

Freshii team was AH-MAH-ZING.I had a last minute breakfast meeting and they put together a ton of food and coffee to go for me on the fly. They even let me borrow a carafe and carry-bag on my honor. For future, they reminded me that I can order online (so much less stressful) but it was an all-hands-on-deck customer service experience. The food was a huge hit and we drained the coffee pot. Recommend highly!!

Hours on the website and on the door say 730am, it's 745 and the staff is smoking outside looking angrily at me. Nothing is prepped, fix your hours or fix your staff you're giving the franchise a bad name.

This place needs new management and the staff need an attitude adjustment. Or full replacement.

Mmmmm, Freshii! I've had rice bowls, salads, breakfast wraps, smoothies and even the kefir parfaits - everything's delicious! It's all made to order so you can customize as needed. Really tasty, and healthful.

I work in the building so I'll come down for breakfast on occasion. The food is good and fresh. The staff leaves something to be desired. Service is slow. Depending on who makes your food, it can come out cold or wrong. Walk up to the counter and you're often ignored even though there are people right in front of you. Had a woman literally walk away from me so she could text. Weird.

I was just there today for lunch with coworkers and I found hair in my pesto bowl. I took it to the counter hoping for an apology but all i got was a rude "what do you want us to do, would you like a refund?" Management needs to enforce hairnets. I left feeling disgusted and don't plan on going back.
