I work close by and go here reguarly for lunch. It's the best place for healthy food in the Park Royal mall foodcourt. The menu has some good food options and I find the food quality consistently good.

Only the south side of Park Royal used to be tax free for Status First Nations as far as I know ? I worked on the north side and was informed at that time.

Depending on where, yes. Many parts are outside so yes.

Because electric charging stations take a lot of infrastructure in order to run properly. It could take more then $10,000 to install them depending on location. Maybe try charging it before leaving your house? That way you can park in a normal spot.

The south side is basically finished now. The north side, however still has some construction going on.

I have never seen any wheelchairs available there

There is an RV park adjacent to the mall, otherwise there is no overnight parking to my knowledge.
