Fresh On Spadina

This is a great healthy food option with tons of vegan and veggie alternatives. Fresh is a chain so their food is generally really good and consistent.The price point is affordable but because it's vegan/vegetarian it's a little higher on the price point. If you don't know where to go and want a healthy alternative, this is a solid spot!

Simply put, I had the most fantastic experience here. This was my second time exploring vegan foods and everything was exceptional. Very high quality and care given to customers beyond expectations. Topped it off with amazing smoothies! Since my afternoon here I’ve been relentlessly craving more of this amazing food. I cannot recommend a better place to experience great vegan food options!

I have been living on Spadina and King for over 15 years and I've been going to Fresh pretty much since then. It was one my family's favourite places to have lunch. I always loved to order the Beach bowl. While the place has now notably changed, the portions are tinier and the prices are up 45%. The bowl, which used to be about $13.50 is now $19.50. For $15.50 portion you have a tinier "bowl" for 1/3 of the previous small size. I understand that cost of living is high in Toronto; however, this is now a complete rip off. Good luck with these new changes and prices. I doubt that that you will be able to sustain a loyal clientele for the next 10 years.
