We chose to spend Valentine’s Day here and the service was miserable. We waited 40 minutes to be seated for our reservation and were stuck there for 3 hours. They ran out of dessert and we decided to skip it and just get the check, which took them 30 minutes to get back to us. All in all they gave us 4 cheap keychains for our ruined evening. Absolutely horrible service, absolutely not worth the 200$ bill of mediocre food you can find elsewhere for a much more reasonable price. Please go to a place that values your time. This is the worst place I’ve ever eaten, and that’s saying a lot because I’m in food service myself and I understand being overbooked. But this was absolutely horrible, all around.

This spot is worth a visit. They have large portions for reasonable rates. Constantly clean and with excellent character. Would recommend to others.

Me and my boyfriend really enjoy our visit at Frenchy's. The scargot appetizer is incredibly good. I had file mignon in my first visit -so delicious! The place is cozy and owner is very friendly (you can tell she cares for the quality of the food and make sure client have a great food experience). I'll certainly will come back.

We were charged $20 corking fee, they told us $15 when we called a day ago. We were never offered their special, free glass of sparkling for a couple on Wednesday. The server also failed to inform us about the up charge on some dessert. Great place otherwise. Be prepared to wait a little, it's worth it though. Food was amazing. We were filling like you just visited a restaurant in SoBe with those small mishaps, not sure if it's on purpose or not.

What a find. We'll be back soon. The escargot was scrumptious! Don't miss it! I had the whole fish branzino and it was delicious, but I saw that others had different fish and I'll try that next time for sure. The service was wonderful. Shea was so delightful and she was a dear and so personable. Edith (the owner) was very welcoming also. We were a difficult party (you'd have to know our relatives:) but the Staff was so nice! It's a small restaurant - and they DO have outdoor seating as well. I LOVED a bottle of wine that they served and Edith sold me two bottles to go. That was so helpful.

The customer service is always quick, good mood, very nice staff members. Will visit here again when I arrive nearby.

abismal. i understand they were jammed for valentines but we waited probably 40 mins for a reservation and were still stuck there another 2 hours. the set meal price was not worth it and we did not stay for dessert. 25$ off for the trouble is a joke for a nearly 300$ meal. all around nightmare :/

I told my friends about this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is tasty and the crew is attentive and cooperative. always when we visit this place we enjoy a cheerful evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Outstanding restaurant. The food was incredible and the service was wonderful. The chef came and greeted the entire restaurant, shook everyone's hand and made sure they were satisfied with their experience. A rarity these days. Keep up the good work, my wife and I will definitely be back!

From the moment you arrive in this restaurant the waiters give you a comfortable feeling. Very hospitable hosts, it is a kind restaurant to to go out with your friends or with your date. enjoyable cuisine, creative chef, modest cost and professional service. Highly recommended.

Went for dessert, creme brulee was outstanding. We will be back for dinner. Best creme brulee we've ever had.
