The employees here are great! Always busy cleaning and tidying up. All of them are so nice - very conscientious. Wonderful service and place to go for great yogurt.

Best place for frozen yogurt in columbus. Large selection of flavors and toppings, and you can almost always find a coupon. GREAT place for kids, as it is right next door to a little play area. *UPDATE* This frozen yogurt shop is now called "FREEZE FRAME."

I've been there ample amount of times and never had a problem with customer service, let alone with sample cups. The only issue I have seen personally is when a man/woman have walked out with 5 plus cups out the door. If this was better controlled with sample cups then less people stealing.

This place should be shut down for two reasons: the frozen yogurt that you serve yourself from a wide variety of tastes from cheese cake to my favorite peach. It's just too damn good. I can't stop going there. It's the best word in frozen deserts since BaskinRobins. Second reason it should be landlocked: you can by eight Clubview barbeque sandwiches for what you pay for eight ounces of Freeze Flame. BUT THAT WON'T STOP ME FROM BEING ROBBED FOR SUCH THE BEST.
