Elevators are slow or don’t work. Can’t control the temperature of unit. Thermostat is a mere decoration at best!

If I could give this building zero stars I would. When I first looked at the building in April they were doing "repairs" on the pool. The "repairs" didn't finish until October. So glad I paid to have a building with a pool, I couldn't even use. We are lucky if 5 days out of the month all three elevators are working. Even luckier if 20 days out of the month two elevators are working. While the door staff are incredibly friendly, the management is abysmal. The heat wasn't turned on until almost November. Maybe if I'm lucky the air will be turned on by August... of 2018

This place is a dump. The building sucks. There are constantly water flow interruptions, elevators broken and repair work needed. Management is even worse. I can't figure out if they are dishonest or inept; probably both. But the door staff and maintenance staff are both very nice.

The Property Manager is overseeing the Deconversion Process. She neglected to turn in our vote against the Deconversion. There are blurred lines and a complete lack of transparency between the 2 East Board and Unit Owners. The 2 East Board secretly held meetings and were accepting bids long before they notified Unit Owners. The law firm they allege is handling the Deconversion are not accessible by phone. The Property Manager is providing inaccurate information about the process. The Property Manager should NEVER overstep boundaries and be involved in a process that ALL Unit Owners don't agree on. This is Totally a Conflict of Interest. The Property Manager has no experience in this area and should remove herself at once. The 2 East Board of Directors need to be OUSTED ASAP.
