The food is usually good, but the wait staff are not good at their jobs. There have been times when the food comes out at different times for the other guests in my party. There have also been times when the order has been just completely wrong when they bring it out. I keep hoping for changes to these mistakes, but I believe I'm ready to give up on Frank's. Tonight we waited not only to be seated but for a server when one finally came we were told that he was alone, despite 3 others setrvers being here. It Saturday night 2/15 and it's only 8pm

Very good pizza!!!! I would rank it better than west shore pizza! Great toppings and huge slices! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Give it a try to form your own opinion. We will definitely be going back!
