Hit or miss.Servers are always nice if you get a table and the food is amazing. The bar however, I have had bugs in my beer and it its crowded good luck getting the bartenders attention, they play favorites

We had a great experience on a Friday night at the Franklin Steakhouse to watch an NYY playoff game. We were able to snag a high top by the bar but as the night wore on, seats were plentiful at the bar. The restaurant doesn't get much natural light (there are no windows on the front side of the building) so it feels a little claustrophobic. There was a DJ, who on regular intervals, spun a "shot wheel" to decide what shot would be featured for $2.Food was on point and pricing was reasonable. We started w the firecrackers (essentially, flautas). Generous portion with lots of condiments for dipping. I had the bbq chopped chicken salad as my main and was happy w the dish. Husband had the nachos for dinner and loved them. Christian was our server and was great, very attentive. He was in top of water fillups and cocktail refills.

Exceptional spot to eat some food when in a hurry. The customer service is quick, pricing is convenient, great atmosphere. Highly recommended

I was definitely surprised. My fajitas were awesome and superfilling. Def a 2 meal plate. Drinks were cold and decent priced.

It's always good ...just good ...nothing ever "wows" us. They pour a good drink, they cook a good burger....and a little pricey. Bowl of lobster bisque ...$14? Take it down a notch.
