Friendly staff and good music on the radio. Good beers on tap. We like it!

Pros: They're clearly trying. A lot of friendly faces from the owners and hostesses. Kids under 5 eat free according to the several signs tacked up outside.Cons: Take your run of the mill sports bar and add a heavy coating of Delco and South Jersey on top, all the way down to dressing the staff up in referee shirts like a Foot Locker. There are only so many ways you can dress up bud light and yuengling beer bucket specials that you can literally find anywhere. Everything they do to try to be special still looks rough, like their solution to put a TV outside, which includes painting a jalopy-like van green and parking it permanently outside and bolting a TV to it. It ends up being the kind of place that draws an excessive number of people who probably listen to/scream at sports talk radio.

Best burger I ever had! My whole family enjoyed their meals as well! Limited menu, but that was not a problem. Before we left, the General Manager supplied us with (4) T-shirts which was a very nice gesture. Next time we are in Philly, we will definitely be back!

I highly recommend Frankie Ann's if you are trying to plan a private event in the area. We had my wife's 30th birthday party upstairs at Frankie Ann's and the space was excellent and offers great views of the City (which several of the guests mentioned). We had the entire second floor to ourselves, and the staff was very helpful in setting up and cleaning up. Best of all, unlike some other venue options in the area, Dan and Katie at Frankie Ann's were very responsive and very flexible as far as drink options, food selection, music choice, etc. They really brought the event I had in mind to life.

Nice corner bar. Seems like a neighborhood place with good dinner options. I placed a pick up order through GrubHub and everything was as it should be.

Nicely accommodated 6 people + high chair. Enjoyed the Bloody Mary bar and appetizer sampler. Great experience!

The staff is brand new and trying hard. Good food and fun environment. We will be back!

Brought my 4 year old granddaughter here for dinner. Food was great. Nice children menu and our waitress was excellent. Will definitely be returning!

First time visiting, we really enjoyed the food. The fried pickles were great, I loved the batter they were made with. They also gave us some really tasty bread with a roasted red pepper/marinara spread/sauce before we ordered which was great. Good selection of beers on tap too. The place was really packed but the service was still fast and friendly. I will definitely be returning!

Only went for take out, in beginning food was good, last couple of times not good. Dont know what happened? 😞. Staff always friendly.

Place has potential, and hopefully it can break through some growing pains. Had a mixed experience. Not really sure what the menu is going for. Beer selection was decent and our bartender was attentive. Thoroughly impressed with the pork nachos! Also ordered The Sampler to go, which took way too long to prepare. When we got to eating it, we had a "dud" mozzerella stick. As in a sad hollowed fried shell with none of the good stuff. That would be 33% of our sticks being defective :-(

Food was pretty good but slightly disappointing though. People were enjoyable, service was ok but slow.

Ambiance is nice, and this newly opened restaurant is in a great location. Service was prompt and efficient. There are a few tables outside on the pavement, for a nice view of the neighborhood. The food was good, but not exquisite. The various Mexican dishes were too loaded with crema or mayo-like sauces. The burgers were great. Bread and butter are supplied at no additional cost, with lovely dipping olive oil.
