We LOVE coming to Francesca's! It's our favorite date night restaurant and we even had our wedding dinner here. The outdoor area gives a German expat (me) all the Europe fine dining feels! The food is absolutely delicious and prices are fair. The only thing that can be tricky: When it's really busy inside, it gets very very loud to the point where it's sometimes hard to hold a conversation. We try coming when we can sit outdoors or on a week night.

Incredible. Service is amazing, food is extraordinary. You will wait for a table, it's worth it. Be patient. It's loud, but the food makes up for it. Order the specials, and order off the menu if you have to. Italian Butter Cake is so incredible.

Excellent Italian restaurant! The food, drinks and desserts where all delicious! Very nice ambiance and the staff were very friendly. Make sure to make reservations as this place gets real busy especially during weekends.

Yea a bit irritating, I had to go to the restaurant to make a reservation after calling 3 days in a row.

Reservations are highly recommended. I called for a reservation for Friday on a Tuesday. The only availability was later in the evening. I had to reserve for the following Friday. Worth the wait though.

Well, that's a head scratcher!? I have been there several times for birthdays and never had an issue with them bringing out a cake or dessert by just requesting for it once. I have found the entire wait staff there to be terrific! Very helpful, kind and proficient! Please do not take this the wrong way, but perhaps it was due to the fact you asked them THREE times?? ... most likely just an oversight. Human error still plays a part in a busy restaurant. Sorry about your disappointment. I do not believe I have officially reviewed this restaurant, but will when I dine there next.
